By accessing and using Promptify Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Promptify Pro provides AI-powered content generation and marketing tools, including but not limited to persona generation, campaign briefs, content calendars, and social media management features. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set based on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

A valid payment method is required to process payments for your subscription. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Content generated using the Service is owned by you, subject to our license to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of content you create using our tools.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
• You should verify all facts and claims in generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Promptify Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
